Prep: Wash and dry hands. Gently push back cuticles and wipe natural nails with alcohol to remove surface oils.

Press: Align with the cuticle and press down firmly for 20 seconds.

METHOD 1:
Measure the widest part of your nail bed using a soft tape and record the sizes.
METHOD 2:
Place paper against the nail bed, and mark the widest part of your nail. Measure the distance between marks, and use a phone ruler if no measuring tape.
